JDL CURRENT OPENINGS - Assistant Manager - Brand Job Role : Assistant Manager - Brand Location : Bangalore (Karnataka) Qualification : Post Graduation Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field conducted in Campus and not On-line. Experience : 4-6 Years Job Profile : Roles & Responsibilities The candidate to work closely with Sr. Brand Manager to develop overall communication strategy for the portfolio. Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction for all markets including international, domestic, duty free and defence channels. Responsible for creating and implementing the brand positioning, attributes, and tonality across all communication channels to build consistent imagery and persona. Develop integrated marketing communication in line with brand strategy to meet brand objective. Analytical skills in qualitative & quantitative consumer research & communication deployment to drive efficiency, business growth & high level of social media traction. Execute the marketing calendar for various brand initiatives and work towards execution and implementation of the same. Draft strong marketing briefs & lead the process of agency briefings, creative development, event management and activation roll-out for all campaign & business objectives. Create 360-degree marketing campaigns for driving brand salience and product awareness across ATL and BTL. Partnering with the Media & PR Head to ensure that the media agencies clearly translate the category vision into media strategy and PR Narratives. Drive awareness and trials for the brand through various marketing initiatives ensuring increase in rate of sale across channels. Desired Candidate Profile : The Candidate Must have: 4 to 6 years of experience, preferably in the AlcoBev and F&B industries Post Graduation Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field conducted on Campus and not online Prior experience in a similar role. Pro level skills at using Excel and PowerPoint, apart from being adaptive to changes in the same, and AI, which is ever evolving. Should have excellent interpersonal skills and be adept at building relationships with different stakeholders. Should have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Good to have: WSET Level 1 certification in Spirits Proficient in developing, executing, and measuring demand-generation programs that keep customers and prospects engaged throughout the funnel. A strong network of marketing agencies, vendor contacts would be highly advantageous. Should have a high level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously.
