Winery Experience:

2 years in Hospitality industry (most preferred)/ sales/ marketing/ emceeing/travels and tours.

Job Description:

Guest Relations: Lead generation, booking management, guest reception, handling guest queries and grievances, and ensuring an enjoyable tour experience.

Wine tours: Responsible for the wine tour experience from guests' arrival at the winery, through the winery and vineyard tour, understand and explain the wine making processes and conduct detailed tastings with the delivery of knowledge of all Big Banyan products.

Sales: Increased footfall for wine tours and achieve sales targets of wine at the boutique.

CRM Management: Recording customer data and feedback and timely coordination with the marketing team. Timely reporting of sales data/inventory to concerned departments.

Operations Management: Responsible for wine bottle sales from the boutique at the winery. Ensuring set targets are met on a month to month basis.

The candidate will be required to continuously invest time in self education and awareness to improve knowledge on wines.

Senior Brand Manager

Position Summary:

Responsible from managing the brand from brand planning all the way to activity planning, including for formulating brand strategies/plans for the assigned brand, identifying unique market needs and consumer opportunities and developing advertising & promotion activities to create brand desire in trade and amongst end consumers and achieving brand targets. Also responsible for managing the allocated brand budget.

Candidates must have at least 3-4 years of experience in the alco-bev industry.

1 Develop the national Brand strategy and brand plans including opportunities for the brand, promotion strategy, digital and content strategy to achieve targets on equity and market share.

3 Create brand pull and loyalty for portfolio growth and achievement of brand targets through identification of relevant properties, initiatives, advertisement and effective utilization of ATL and BTL activities.
4 Assist Sales in developing volume and profit forecasts and recommend pricing for the specified brand.
5 Assist regional and trade marketing team in identifying drivers for key markets and preparing local brand plans aligned to the national plans.

    Academic Qualification
    • Mandatory - Graduation

    • Preferably from Alcobev/Non-alcoholic drinks / Juices / FMCG.
    • 8-10 years of relevant experience in International Business. Travel Overseas for Business Meeting / International Trade Fairs.
    Roles and Responsibilities
    1.Key Responsibilities
    • The profile is focused on Sales and Business Development for PJSM in International markets
    • Identifying prospective clients and Mapping their needs and - mobilizing resources internally and externally to meet their needs.
    • The Role will include coordination with Marketing and Digital teams to meet the marketing and digital needs of brands in different markets
    • Tracking the Competition and its activities and taking proactive actions for Strengthening the Brand.
    • Knowledge of laws and Compliance that are applicable in different markets.
    • The role will require traveling to different International markets
    • Increase channel sales from existing clients in the geographical region (Both Volume and Value)
    • Market visits, sales drives with distributor team to push sales.
    • Attend trade fairs/ festivals to promote the brand
    • Host tasting sessions, masterclasses with retailers & clients in different markets.
    2. Overall budgeted volume for markets assigned
    • To meet the budgeted volumes for the region
    • Maximize markets visits and conduct tastings and masterclasses
    3. Business Responsibilities
    • Deliver the volume & profitability plan, within budgeted spends / trade schemes
    • Coordination with Marketing and Digital teams to develop & drive Brand's annual plan - both ATL & BTL
    • Conduct Monthly /Quarterly reviews and Resolve all action plans under brand as discussed in the review meetings
    • To build and sustain strong relationships with partners / distributors.
    4. Reports and Claims
    • Maintain the necessary reporting formats, data and back up register
    • Should be good with numbers
    • Should have good knowledge of export procedures.

    Travel : Approx. 10 days in a month

    Computer Skills : Needs to possess a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft excel and power point
