An entrepreneur by choice, Paul P John was born in Kerala and spent much of his youth in Bangalore where he now resides.

He ventured into the alcohol beverage industry in 1992 and within a short span of just over a decade, his reach spread from his headquarters in Bangalore, Karnataka expanded to all neighbouring states. His zeal to surpass the ordinary led him to create a range of exceptional single malts, fine whiskies & wines.

Constantly driven to explore, expand, and achieve greater heights, he stepped into the hospitality industry with Kumarakom Lake Resort, a luxurious five star heritage resort set by the scenic banks of the Vembanad Lake in Kerala. Next in line to his chain of luxury properties is a deluxe 5-star resort in Coorg, with construction in progress, the resort is expected to be ready within two years. His personal passion for single malts leads him to create the Paul John Indian Single Malts. Launched in international markets, every expression of his single malts has won immense appreciation and several acclaimed international awards.
